This listing is for one pennant flag. All other items in the photo are for styling purposes only. Pennant flags are printed on card stock, attached to a 12" long wooden dowel and are decorated with colorful ribbon and a glitter embellishment. Please note that pennant flags, ribbons and embellishments are all hand cut so there may be slight differences from flag to flag. Please note that the ribbons may vary slightly from flag to flag due to ribbon availablity but I will always get the flag as close to the listing photo as possible.

Your order will ship to the address provided by you so PLEASE double check your shipping address BEFORE you place an order. Once an order has been placed, NO address changes will be made. Once your order has shipped, I am not responsible for refunding or replacing your item if it was shipped to the wrong address.
Please keep in mind that not all items can be shipped together if you purchase multiple pieces. This all depends on what exactly is ordered. Due to the variety of items we offer and the variety of sizes and shapes of our items, some pieces must be shipped separately to ensure their safe arrival.
Please know that once a package is handed to the postal service it is literally out of our hands when a package arrives. We are not responsible for any delays from the postal service due to inclement weather or any other circumstances that are out of our control.
I am NOT responsible for stolen packages. If you feel your shipping address is not safe for a package to be left unattended please provide a different address if possible. If you have any concerns or questions regarding this please contact me before making a purchase. I would love to help any way I can!
LOST IN TRANSIT:
I will NOT provide replacement orders if the order has been marked “Delivered” by USPS. Please reach out to USPS with your tracking number so they can double check the GPS coordinates where it was scanned as “Delivered.” If this situation happens, you will need to contact USPS to get additional tracking information. As an Etsy shop owner, I do not have any additional resources when dealing with USPS.
Orders are processed in the way they are received. If you place multiple orders during an opening, they will not be combined and shipping will not be refunded to you. Please check out once. Orders valued at $300 or more will require signature confirmation at the time of delivery. This is extra protection for you as a buyer to ensure that your package arrives to you safely.

Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds, accept exchanges or returns. If for some reason your item is lost in the mail, stolen, or an incorrect mailing address is provided, I am NOT responsible to offer a refund or send a replacement.
If your artwork arrives damaged, you MUST contact my shop within 5 days. Any issues presented to me beyond this time will NOT be my shops responsibility. Physical damage that has altered the overall structure of the item is viewed as damaged artwork. If any item does arrive damaged, please provide detailed pictures of the damaged artwork and packaging within 5 days of receipt and I will discuss with you the best solution moving forward.

We love working with wood and we embrace all imperfections such as knots and natural cracks because we feel it adds character to each piece of artwork. Please be aware your item may have visible knots, natural cracks or cracking, rough texture, knot holes, varying wood grain, or other natural wood character elements.
No two signs are alike and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of my shop. Colors, lettering and distressing of each sign are unique and may not match exactly to the photos. Please be aware that although I strive to accurately depict colors in my photos, all computer monitors vary so colors seen on your monitor may vary from the actual item color. Everything is cut and sanded by hand so product size may very slightly from item to item due to the handmade nature of my shop.
Please make sure to read the entire listing BEFORE ordering. I often need additional information left in the notes to seller section at checkout such as lettering color choice. If no note is left at checkout I will NOT reach out to you and you will receive a random color. So please make sure to read the entire listing BEFORE you place an order.

I absolutely love working on custom orders, however I have been blessedly busy with my shop openings to accept customs at this time. If this changes it will be announced on Instagram.
