Do you take custom orders?

I absolutely love working on custom orders, however I have been blessedly busy with my shop openings to accept customs at this time. If this changes it will be announced on Instagram.

I ordered multiple items but not all of them shipped in the same package. Why is that?

Please keep in mind that it is possible your order may not ship all together in the same package if you purchased multiple pieces. This all depends on what exactly is ordered. Due to the variety of items we offer and the variety of sizes and shapes of our items, some pieces must be shipped in separate packaging to ensure it’s safe arrival.

If I have additional questions what is the best way to contact you?

Please feel free to Email me anytime! Please do not DM me on Instagram with any questions regarding a pending order. Instagram DM is not a very reliable way to communicate. Those messages can often be deleted or mistakenly overlooked. Contacting me through my website is the best way to communicate with my shop.

I made multiple orders at your last sale, can you combine and ship those orders?

I process orders in the way they are received. Due to the high volume of orders I receive at every opening, I will no longer combine and ship if you place multiple orders due to limited studio space. This also allows me to work more efficiently and get orders out as quickly as possible.
